Ready.Set.Glow. was launched in February 2020—just before the world changed.

A month later, everything paused.
Lockdowns. Uncertainty. A completely new reality.

We had a choice:
wait… or move forward anyway.

We chose to move.

 

Built in uncertainty. Powered by fearlessness.

With production already complete and no clear roadmap ahead, we leaned into what we could control.

We went digital.
We adapted quickly.
And we redefined how beauty could exist in a masked world.

When half the face was hidden, we focused on what remained visible:

The eyes.

That moment didn’t just shape our strategy—

Now we go by RSG.
