To start a return, you can contact us at hello@rsg.ph . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind:
Please note that a change of mind is not a valid reason for canceling an order, as all sales are considered final

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Requirements:

* Unboxing Video: An unboxing video is required.
* Order Picture: Provide a picture of the received order.
* Condition of Items: Items must be unopened and unused.
* Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Refund Process:
If your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
